My goal is to loose 40lbs. At least before my graduation in May. Eating right and exercising daily. Is that possible?

Definitely.. Healthy rate to lose weight is about .5 lbs to 2 lbs a week. Hard work, dedication and commitment will definitely get you to your goal in no time.

Okay, Thank you. Though, I honestly struggle with consistency. Any advise on staying consistent?

Yes, make short term goals to reach every week, every month etc... For example this week I plan to run 3 miles under 15 min so I'll work for it, next week I will eat veggies with every meal, this month I will drop 5lbs...etc, always reward yourself and let people know for encouragement and inspire

Okay, Yeah.. that seems like a great idea . I'll break it down into short goals to reach my final goal. I can manage that . Thank you!
