So....I failed at 15lbs before the New Year. But I'm back again and could really use some help. I failed because I picked up a seasonal position and was beat...and I ate! I am proposing we try it again. Same parameters....weigh in once a week on Fridays. Full body pics once a month (if u want), and late night distractions(motivaton) from goodies! Lol. WHOSE IN?

hey everybody slept late but feel better. I've noticed something this diet it protein n veggies and even though i miss carbs its better the meat keeps me walking around wanting food lol but carbs would put me to sleep so found a plus other than weightloss.

Doing a tough mudder in September and need to be in shape for that (otherwise, I'm dead lol). My main issue is the eating part of losing weight .. no idea where to start or how to transition to eating better.
got a sportline heart rate/ pedometer watch. super excited. also forum weightloss is mine kinda empty though
Happy Monday! Get a workout in and eat well...I figured out that I can eat a medium potato and a whole bag of steamed broccoli with a tiny bit of cheese and my sugar wont spike! Talk about quantity! And its less than 300 calories!

Ok ok so I went from 410 to 327 now I'm 362.0 I could just cry but I won't cause I blame myself but I'm done playing the blame game n I know what needs to be done period!!! starting weight is 362.0 my goal weight is 270 3months imma go for it or close to it !!!!
lol wish I could say I'm doing well.... but I've fallen off and ate carbs. gotta find medium cuz i pretty much went all out fail lol. aiming for 30 minutes of cardio a day and need to do a menu diet cuz if i have too many options i say o just one bite of this or that and it ends up being more than one. so gonna search for menu. I'll post tomorrow
