Hi, I WANT to do the workout programs I selected. However, I find myself looking at the screen and not pressing play.

How do you push yourself when you really would rather turn over and rest?

I looked in the mirror one day saw myself not what I wanted to be decided no more blah blah blah and started my workouts went from 232 ibs to 168 ibs I over did it so now I'm at a comfortable 185 range your story or situation is probably much different but once you decide a plan stick to it
