Pushups difficulty

I workout and i don't have difficulties in anything except pushups. Everytime i try to do pushups i can't lift myself up i know that my arms are a little weak but how can i improve them?

Remember the breathing, exhale when you go down, inhale when you go up.

Try a regression of the push up to gain strength and better form.  Try seal push ups, then progress to wall push ups, then finally standard push ups. It is crucial you take your time with the progression,  don't rush. Better to do it right than wrong. Good luck.

Hey!
I have the same issue and I feel it is easier to do the first half of my push ups with my knees in the floor(girl push-ups) and the other half(or as many as I can) without my knees on the floor. Don't push yourself too hard! Start at ten(half girl version) and work your way up!

Do your max reps everday and slowly add some more then continue ,Don't do too many
