Hey i need a good meal plan or diet program that works. I can't lose weight and i know it's because of my eating habits. I don't eat bread or rice but I'm addicted to dark choclate and popcorn. Is there a portion Control tracker ....i need something anything! !!!!
Try a Protine diet. This will help you build and tone your body and helps your body repair after workouts. There are plenty of chocolate protine pro I recommend EAS Protine powder and Cliff Builder Bars.
You don't have to eat meat for the diet. You can get a good amount of protine from just the drinks and the chocolate protine bars taste like candy so it should work fine for you.

Try rice, oat and amaranth (last one is a good one). It will keep you strong.. for a pro nutrition also add some protein better than sugar or dark chocolate, thats just my opinion.. but like always the clue is a balance diet.
