Finally ready to start exercising everyday again... Feels good to be getting back on track!! It's a shame that you start to lose progress once you take a break from running :( hopefully I'll be back to my normal fitness level soon. How are you guys doing with your fitness progression? :) have you set any new goals for 2015?

It sho does feel good getting back in rhythm with hitting the gym everyday! It's so easy to fall back into your cofort zone of relaxing! New goals for 2015 are compete in The Ninja Warrior, and also get down to 6% body fat. What are your goals for you this year??
