Hello all, im new here and trying to find exercises that i can do to lose weight on my tummy and upper legs but that i can do with my right arm being fused at a permenant 90 degree angle. Thank you so much.

Welcome :) just keep one thing in mind that you can't spot train when it comes to weight loss fat is lost as a whole from your body gradually anyways good luck with your goals :D
