Tips for better eating habits
I finally have started working out on a consistent basis which seems to have taken me forever but now I'm having issues with my eating habits either I don't eat enough or I eat too much. I'm now trying to work on figuring out what is a good way of getting my eating habits under control so my workouts can actually mean something, if anybody has any tips I will greatly appreciate it thank you then keep going!
6 smaller meals instead of 3 bigger, fruits veggies white meats.
