Tips for better eating habits

Hello there!
I finally have started working out on a consistent basis which seems to have taken me forever but now I'm having issues with my eating habits either I don't eat enough or I eat too much. I'm now trying to work on figuring out what is a good way of getting my eating habits under control so my workouts can actually mean something, if anybody has any tips I will greatly appreciate it thank you then keep going!

Start with portion control, eating smaller meals instead of large ones. Cut down on you carb (half) eat more proteins, fruits and veggies. Snack on fruits and nuts. Eliminate sugar, substitute with fruits. I hope this helps. Good luck.

6 smaller meals instead of 3 bigger, fruits veggies white meats.

Track what you eat once you see what your eating you may start to make better choices

4 to 6 meals daily.  Always include greens (veggies=fiber), lots of water. Nuts (almonds, pecans, cashews) for snacks.  Everything under portion control and/or moderation. Make it a daily goal and accomplish it.
