Slimming down

What workouts are meant just for slimming down and burning fat? The current ones I've completed just made me more big & bulky in the arms and stuff instead of slim and toned.

To slim and tone u have to lose weights. To do this u have to burn more calories than I eat. Do more cardio like running, cycling and skipping rope. Look up HIIT running. Don't do long slow runs it better if u do short sprints then rest for a bit and then sprint again. Same as skipping rope which will also help build leg muscle while making u more slim. Ur diet is also really important. No more junk food, no sugar, no white bread etc. Eat more protein like eggs and fish, and also fruits and veggies.
