What are some ways you motivate yourself to workout?
This has always been my biggest issue.
Set weekly goals and challenge yourself to reach them. Have fun with them.
Stop thinking and start doing workouts....Then concentrate on your goals while working out so you remember why you are doing it...
No one will do it for you. Magic pills and powers wont buy it you.. just you and working out.
