What are some ways you motivate yourself to workout?

This has always been my biggest issue.

I work out first thing in the morning and sometimes I just want to lay in bed but then I remember my goals. What it is I am working toward.

Set weekly goals and challenge yourself to reach them. Have fun with them.

My motivation is since I have back problems I need to strengthen my back so I make myself work out cuz I know it will help it

Stop thinking and start doing workouts....Then concentrate on your goals while working out so you remember why you are doing it...

No one will do it for you. Magic pills and powers wont buy it you.. just you and working out.
