I am trying to work on my core any ideas to help me accomplish my goal.

Hey Dan. I work out the abs 3xweek. Mondays Wednesday Friday. 30 minutes. The best results I've ever had was from hanging knee lifts. Great for the torso. Great for the arms. Easily recognizable gains from week to week in endurance and form improvements kept me looking forward to this exercise. But plateau'd a bit so now I changed the routine. Can't wait to get back to HKLs.

Do you do bird dogs? Or Oblique twists lying on your back... legs at 90 degrees

Try plank for 30 seconds and add 10 seconds per day until you can hold it for 2 mins... you will feel it!!!
