Ahh I use to feel like that too! But if you create a vision inside of you, you will do anything to achieve it! And what also helped for me, is to get excited to excercise, do it with a great attitude! :) consistency will not just appear, you will have to build it!!
1 hour excercise = 4% of your day
You can do this ;) x

Instead of thinking weight loss, think healthier living. Make working out a part of your routine. If you find that difficult start small then work your way up. For example start with ten minutes a day until you feel like you can start doing more.
