Tips on gaining mucle and weight

Im a bit skinny and I want to be a bit big should I start bulking when I start my programm. Does that help me build muscle and be big or just put on fat

I think that bulking is  important.  Make sure it's protien rich food you are eating in order to promote muscle growth. How often do u work out

I'm gonna start regurly in 2 weeks I downloaded a month plan online for begginers but in 2 weeks I'm gonna start regurly till start of may cause then I got exams until then I want to decent size and less than 10%fat I'm already like 13 - 15% fat but I want gain muscle until then after July I'm going to for acripped body less than 7% fat
