Time to Workout..

I keep telling myself I'm going to work harder at staying fit, but ever time I start I end up having something keeping me from doing workouts. Whether it's a change in schedule or other events it's difficult. Any advice on how to keep going with workouts?

I have same problems. .. I have a workout motivation buddy to remind and push me to do them!! Helps so much !!

Set a time every day, make the plan and stick to it...just like you would going to work...

Give this a try to start you off

Every Night Of The Week Challenge

Routine every night without fail at least an hour before bed...

Make the plan stop thinking and start doing...
