I decided to do workout thrice in a week. Im not fat but i want to tone up my body.
I want to do my workout alternate, like TThS (Tue.Thu.Sat) since these are the only days im free.
DO YOU THINK I HAVE AN EFFECTIVE SCHEDULE?? :)

That's actually a really good schedule, anytime you're free as long as you get in a good work out and that's all that matters. The main important thing as long as you get rest in between
