Busy life? Kids? Work? Whatever it is,you gotta just do it unless your health says otherwise...eventually you will build up stamina and working it will come natural to you...also having a goal and/or a friend to workout with helps a lot....good luck.

Anyone have tips on how to get or how to stay motivated ? I really want to make a healthy life change, but tend to get discouraged quickly.

Same with me. I have no motivation or support really. I just need a push in the right direction, maybe we could help each other out.

I try to think about how much better I'll feel. I've been drinking more water and only having one snack a day. I've also cut back on seconds.
