some ingredients are good for you but like all good things..moderation! 1-3 small snack size bars is plenty and savor it! Sit back and allow your tongue to enjoy every ounce!!

It has many healthy properties. However I would treat it as a substitute to regular chocolate rather than something that you need to be eating on a regular basis. Make it a sort of treat for you to have every once in a while!

I know is good.. but just 1 or 2 small piece it's enough for 1 week.. Also it depends how much excersice you do.. but better try almonds, oath, amaranth
