I need to get in shape before I leave to basic training for the Army. I stay between Homestead and Kendell in the Redlands.
I need to gain and tone muscles, run, and stay in good shape. I'm 18, 5'2", & 108 lbs.

It's all cardio and body weight training. Intervals. Push ups. Sit ups. Squats. Weight training won't help much cause its not often you use those style of muscles. I lost conditioning at basic

Yeah that's what I'm working on; push-ups, sit-ups, cardio workouts, etc.

I'm in the same boat. 5 foot even and 110 lbs. I need to get in better shape, I leave for bootcamp in September for the marine corps.

I leave at the at the end of month to Army basic. Maybe we can set something up.
