Hey all! I'm getting results and it's a little over a week. My scale is broken but I have been doing pictures and it's crazy! How long have you guys been on here? You having fun cuz I am!!! Just wanna say great job to all of you wanting to get healthy! How are your experiences? I don't mind following people and you can follow me too. Have fun and keep up the great work! YOU are your motivation! Remember that!

What have you found to be particularly effective?

I found that finishing the whole routine of the workout even if I can't do a position, also having fun with it and staying positive. I keep doing different workouts, seeing what my body can and can't handle. I push myself and now take the pain I get as pleasure. Also eating healthier, I have been able to control my habits and eat mindfully.

Like your off to a great start.  And I agree that simply completing what you can is a great way to get started.  You'll be fully completing workouts in no time!
