Any tips to staying consistent through out pain?
Learn to love the pain. Think the pain you feel today, will be strength you have earned. There is no easy way, or cheat way to get around pain. There's ibuprofen, pain killers, but don't rely on that. The more you work your muscles and the more consistent you stay I can promise you that you will hurt less or at very least get use to it. Now go and give your body hell.. ;)
