I play lacrosse and field hockey. I need a way to build up my endurance as well as speed. I also need to build up my core strength does anyone have an idea of how I can do this and stick with it?

try jumping with a speed rope! It really helps make you lighter on your feet. (How boxers change direction so quickly) you can do tabata sessions for speed, and steady state sessions for endurance. It will also tone up your legs/delts. Win win win!
