Really need tips on losing weight I'm really over weight and un-happy any advice or tips would be Awesome I'm looking to lose 120 lbs

Hi First of all please take a good nutrition of proteins and decrease the amount of carbohydrate. Then spend more and more calories every day on working out

The best time to eat is about 45min to an hour after a workoutSo, by doing a small workout in the morning (say even just five minutes) before breakfast, And a larger workout in the afternoon (say 15 minutes or so ) before dinner, you will be toning muscle, while boosting your metabolismAlso-when you eat, don't eat 3 large meals a day, but 5-7 meals-spacing out meals helps your body to process the food more efficiently, and not store the extra on your body
