You know just because I do not do all the exercise on this site it doesn't mean I'm not doing them, I go to the gym everyday, 30 minutes on the treadmill, and then I hit the weights for conditioning and toning I wish there was a way I can incorporate all of that info on here as well
You can create the workout you are going to do that day, and when you are at the gym you start the workout an follow it, it will tell you when to start doing an exersise an how many callories you are burning. You can create different workouts with different equipment.
Ok, I'll keep trying, I really do enjoy this site and I love the control I feel I have, now how do add what I did today the only thing I thought of is to find something close or equaled to what I did in the gym that may work lol
If you use the app to "create a workout" then you have to assign a time to each move. Since the exercises I do in the gym are centered around repetitions and sets, there is no clear time for how long each one takes. So if your exercises are time based then creating a workout with the app seems like the best avenue.
Otherwise to record your workout on the website do the following:
1. From your profile page, click on the text that displays the number of activity points you have for the month.
2. In the top left corner of the page under your profile picture select "track an activity"
3. Using the "Find an activity" search box select your desired activity
4. Specify the date and other details about your workout.
5. Click "Save"
I am in the same predicament you are in, I work out 6 days a week and am also doing cardio. I do not follow this program in here, I am tracking by writing down in a book and see what works and where I might need tweeking!
