So, I don't run, and the workout in doing has me doing so. Is there any suggestions on how not to get fatigued while running?

Slow yourself down. Pace yourself. Don't try to go super fast. At first u should start to get faster but when u feel ur body aching and tierd, bring it to a slow jog.

Thank you for the advice. :) What about breathing? I hear different ways to, is there a way that you've found to be better than others?
