So. I've been working out since last Feb. I took a few breaks over the summer, but I can't seem to get to the weight I want. I've lost about half and the rest just won't budge and my weekly fluctuations seem to be a little extreme (+/- 5 lbs). I've tried changing my diary habits, work out routine, life routine, supplements, nothing seems to work. Any ideas.

Sounds like you need to kick start your metabolism again, if dietary changes aren't radical enough or frequent you can end up in metabolic stasis. Try ramping your calories up and dropping your carbs or increasing them depending. Then after 4 weeks drop back to the calories of your goal weight.
