Im 15 and i want to change the way my belly looks. Does anyone know a great fat burning exercise to do? Im not able to eat healty for a long period. If you know what I could do,can you pls say howmany kcal i burn? :)
I think it's important to eat healthy. If you won't eat healthy it's not really helpful. I mean.. Yes, you can exercise everyday for idk 2 hours, but you're body will receive more calories than you loose while working out and that means you're going to have still the same weight.
