im 180 and I can't seem to lose weight and tone my abs and butt.

No need to be depressed about it at all, just find a target workout that you need on this app... find the right diet and dedicate yourself. You have tons of ppl on here that will keep you motivated including myself

I'm right there with you, I just had my third child and I'm topping in at like 195. I feel your pain, but really just do something out of your ordinary everyday even if u just start with workouts on here that are 5 mins long, do that every single day and a good healthy diet, LOTS of water and change ur mind frame to this sucks and I'm never Gona lose weight to this is temporary and I'm on my way to the best me possible
