Does anyone else deal with severe depression? If so, what helps you feel better?
I can't say I have depression but a few of my friends do. And I haven't seen many things work for some of them like having a great support system and exercise. Being active really does help

I've MDD (Major Depression Disorder)......yoga......meditation.....relaxation......& spending time with things & people that make you feel happy......smile......& most of all make you laugh......
I do have depression. I like to relax a lot and breath deeply. I light up some candles and read a book or listen music. Or sometimes I have the weird depression that I get motivation for a intense work out and after the workout I feel better. Find what you like and keep doing it stay strong
