I have tendency to work out for a few weeks and give up. Hoping this community will keep me going. Suggest a pic weekly to really notice a difference in 6 weeks starting today. Right now I don't look that great here's hoping to change that who's with me

I'm with you!!! I've been posting my pics so far and it's honestly keeping me on it. Feeling healthier everyday and having fun!!!! I felt the same way with my body but that's one hurdle I had to get through. I hate people seeing my belly but now it ended up being a positive thing! Good luck and have fun!!!!
