Heyy everyone!
I'm getting married in September , and I'm hoping to lose thirty pounds before then. I need help to stay motivated because once I start working out I have a hard sticking to it. Any tips or suggestions would be very helpful.

Just go for it ! You have a nice goal ^^ just keep remebering that(:
