Isn't possible if I lose weight by doing workout everyday but still taking rice daily?

it all boils down to portion control, and variety. try not to mix your starches like rice and potatoes or pasta and bread. pair your starch rich foods with legumes beans or veggies. there are so many delicious combinations. it's easier to loose unwanted weight when you enjoy what your eating.
