Wake up routine

So, my morning routine lately has been to roll out of bed, get my 2 pre school aged children up, and then do a quick workout with them to get the blood flowing. I usually opt for the scientific 7 minute workout because it's quick. It's a good way to get the day started, but it's hard to get the motivation some days. Anyone else have a good morning routine?

I would love to have a morning routine but every time I am about mentally prepared, it's time to head out the door. I have to change that LOL... I get pushups in sometimes.

I wake up have a nice breakfast and drop my son to daycare which is right next to my gym. So I have no excuse not to ever go! Lol
