Sick, no workout

I've been sick and unable to workout. I really hope I get better soon because I hate not being able to workout.

Sleep well and eat well while you can't workout. If it's not that bad, you can try some easy workouts to satisfy your cravings. Get well soon!

I also wasnt able to work out for about 5 days last week because of sickness i know it feels like crap eat and sleep well take rest u will b back in track and get well soon :)

When your sick your body is telling you that something is wrong and needs to heal. Just take advantage of the rest period and allow yourself to get better. The fact that you are conscious about this reinforces your commitment. Your body will thank you once you're back 100%, and you will see amazing results.
