New and need motivation

So I'm recently new on here but I like this app so far . I'm looking for someone who can motivate me or just some great workouts to get me going in my zone. I'm 17 and currently weigh 115 lbs . Would like to go down a couple of pounds and work on my body some more and keep it up . So any suggest would help . Thank you . :)

Hi I am here and think you will do great make a plan and follow it and you will see the results you are looking for. If anyone can do it it's you.

70% of weight loss is achieved in the kitchen. Look at what you eat. Most likely you need to reduce your carbs and boost your protein intake. Eat your veggies.

Oh, and exercise regularly :-) More tips if you want them.

I can motivate u, I workout four times a week, I'm 14 and I play soccer, I need lots of motivation to keep me on track.
