So I'm recently new on here but I like this app so far . I'm looking for someone who can motivate me or just some great workouts to get me going in my zone. I'm 17 and currently weigh 115 lbs . Would like to go down a couple of pounds and work on my body some more and keep it up . So any suggest would help . Thank you . :)

70% of weight loss is achieved in the kitchen. Look at what you eat. Most likely you need to reduce your carbs and boost your protein intake. Eat your veggies.
