Okay so I'm starting on my weight loss journey, and I know diet is the MOST IMPORTANT thing, but as a high school student it is very confusing to find the right plan, and VERY difficult to stick with it. Help would be extremely appreciated.

Well, I have a fitbit, and that app can track food intake, and instantly show what you burn off. I just always forget to enter my food.
