I'm feeling my core workouts more in my upper legs and shoulder/arm area than I am in my core. Am I doing something wrong? Any tips or guidelines would be really helpful. I want to get the most out of each workout I do.
Most beginners use their lower body to much. This is okay. Use heavier weights ( not toouch) and your core should get involved. Pay attention to holding the correct position throughout the entire exercise. This is where you work the core the most. What exercises are you speaking of?
