I've lost a lot of weight, built muscle, made friends and kept going for 2 years now. You get back what you put into this app

I was 218lbs and I'm down to 200lbs but I've packed on muscle as well. This app has 2 sides to it... The workouts & the social side. There are 1000000 of workouts to choose from and you can create your own. Too many people get it wrong by sitting down & doing nothing but typing crap & asking for followers.. One simple rule helps: WORKOUT FIRST!! SOCIAL SECOND

This app will not make you healthy, but it will give you the tools if you get off your ass and work for it
