I read on Pintrest that if you do a wall sit while brushing your teeth, it is an easy workout and will work your core and legs while your shining up your teeth!

For sure it is. Wall sitting for 2-3 minutes is a grea workout. You also can lift your feet, just standing on your toes, going up and down allthe time. Strenghtens your calfes
