Ughh so lazy but need to do it!

I use a pre workout boost... Pre-surge gets me Amped. Or u can eat 2 bananas, gives you enough energy for a 90 minute workout. Diet is essential to getting more BANG for buck when working out. Have fun.

If you have energy to think about it, you have energy to burn some cals.

If I'm super sore or super tired I do a lot of stretching, stretching burns calories too!
