I must admit working out is fun part, but the problem I have and always have is the dieting and staying discipline to that diet. Does anyone have any tips on good dieting routines and sticking to them. Whats the best way to shed fat and build muscle, and what are the best things to eat at certain parts of the day? Im open to any and all suggestions for I am so serious about getting healthy and staying that way!! Thanks guys!!!
