Weak knees !!

I need to work my legs . Had a ligament injury a month back (ITBS) . Some good routines for quads and calves which are easy on knees ?

Try to strengthen your ankles and hips with no weight balance, core exercises first. Pay close attention to your posture and alignment as you do. Only gradually begin weight baring exercises if there is no sharp pain when the knee is at a 45 deg angle. Massage after is good, dynamic stretching before
