Day 1 of my goal of losing 26 pound feeling good about it changing for the better gust need more motivation to help me I want to meet my goal before spring break

Aww congrats on making the change and I wish you luck on your journey!

I'd love to follow how you go and I know how easy it is to slip off the bandwagon and then realise later like "oh yeah I was getting fit and stuff what happened to that" but don't worry if that happens just jump back on and eventually you'll learn how to hold on tighter and not fall off anymore!

Will be looking out for future updates from you and come chat anytime you need to
