I'm 30 and I have put on some real comfort weight since I graduated. Every year it seems harder and harder to get into the shape I want. I feel sluggish in the mornin and exhausted after wok. I had a gym membership once but I stopped going and told myself I don't deserve to be a member unless im actually gonna go. Thought about taking classes, something fun to take my mind off of the boringness of exercising. I have a bike, rollerblades, dance pole, skateboard, surfboard but a ton of excuses. I took a few classes in Krav maga but quit. I think need a committed workout buddy on the same level as me or just a hard kick in the ass. Oh jeez, and im addicted to good food and cooking! HELP!
