I love to work out but I'm surrounded by people that don't. I need encouraging words because all I hear is " Don't work out, you're wasting your time" "You can't do it" "I don't see progress". I can do it, I know I can. I just need a bigger push and better motivation.
A couple things can take place here... 1. You can find new and encouraging people to hangout with... or 2. Use their negative feedback as SUPER motivation to continue your course and watch their eyes get big and their mouths drop open as you develop in front of them. In my case I actually took the negative feedback and turned it into positive motivation. It takes time...
Needs to say the ones that were negative are now asking for my advise. Funny right!
Stick to it, weed out the BS and you'll be a lot happier.
