How to control breathing during workout

Hey yall, I've completed day 2 workout, but I want to know how to control my breathing and not break so much during work out. I also stumble alot trying to get the exercise right (each exercise is different) does it matter as long as i try? I want to get the full benefit of the work out.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Try inhaling and exhaling steadily to the rhythm of the workout. You'll know when you need the extra boost of deeply breathing out. It helps you push through! For example, when doing ab work, you breathe out during the crunch. Let all the air out with one smooth breath. Your diaphragm contracts and your waist feels smallerĀ
