I m 20. I try to lose weight but when the food is in front of me i ma so weak...help me

Start putting healthy food in front of you that way you won't have to stop yourself :D eat healthy lift hard ;)

Other than taping your mouth shut the only person who can help you is yourself 

It's all a matter of willpower & wanting it bad enough. What wins? The junk food or you?

It helps to make smaller portions and to eat slower. Also, drink a glass of water before because the majority of the time when we think that we're hungry, we're actually just dehydrated and need to drink. Another thing you can do is when you make your dinner to put your leftovers away right away and then eat your dinner. Hope it helps!

Try whey protein. Drink one and some water before your meal.

That could be disastrous! She shouldn't just add calories to what she's already eating!! I understand that you're suggesting this to help satiate cravings and fill up before she sits down to eat; however, this could add to the problem if she doesn't account for those calories and adjust accordingly.

Everything should be taken into accoyn5...but 100 calories in protein...or 200 to 300 in other stuff
