Start putting healthy food in front of you that way you won't have to stop yourself :D eat healthy lift hard ;)
It helps to make smaller portions and to eat slower. Also, drink a glass of water before because the majority of the time when we think that we're hungry, we're actually just dehydrated and need to drink. Another thing you can do is when you make your dinner to put your leftovers away right away and then eat your dinner. Hope it helps!
Try whey protein. Drink one and some water before your meal.
Everything should be taken into accoyn5...but 100 calories in protein...or 200 to 300 in other stuff
