I love working out, but lately I haven't been able to stay motivated. Any tips or suggestions anyone?

I ask for followers on here to set me a workout challenge (usually 5mins) over and above my normal workout to push me that bit harder.. It works !!

I am almost 39 and have the same problem. Lately I have been putting on a lot of weight, or so it seems. People don't see it but I feel it and the scale does not lie. Anyway, I try to change up my routine. I run, do zumba on my Xbox, walk at work and do exercises here. I can be you be that person who tags you and vice versa after a workout if you like. Either way keep at it and good luck :-)

I'm looking to tone/build muscle, increase my flexibility and endurance. Women in my family tend to spread as they get older and I don't want that to happen to me.

Hey Jessica, watch some women bodybuilding motovation videos on youtube an that will help a lot...also you should find someone to workout with that will hold ypu accoutable for workoing out.

I've actually become a big fan of Nicole Wilkins and Jennifer Nicole Lee and I've been looking for a buddy. Most of my friends are lazy and full of excuses. I've been doing OK so far...but its only been 10 days....

Just stay at it, 90% of my clients hire me because they need motivation an help with there workouts, if you have the finances look into hiring a personal trainer. I charge $45 an hour to give you an idea.

I'll try that! If I can't seem to manage it on my own, then I'll look into hiring a trainer. I am determined to be a better me!

Thanks, Anthony, I'll check it out today. I'm not afraid of the work, it's just keeping the mindset to do it....that's my problem. I get distracted.

Hey Jessi the best motivation is ur own body! Look into the mirror! U have really a pretty figure!! Haha Buuuut it's not everytime easy to hold... ;-) Here some aims 4 u:
* 55 push ups (reach not every girl ;-))
* 15 Pull ups (only for real heroes)
* 100 burpees in a line
And one of the best motivations are partners. Don't worry, we stand with you! ;-)

Thanks, Frank! 👍I like my body, but there are some areas that can stand some improvements. I can already do about 30 pushups non stop, but I will shoot for 55. I accept your challenge and keep 'em coming...I feel a bit inspired.😉

Yea that's sounded like music!! Nice to help u dear!! ;-) I don't want to be nonsensitive, but of what kind of areas do u talk? Cuz we can try to find workouts especially for them...

Mainly my lower body. My butt and thighs jiggle a little more than I want them too....lol
