Its been four week I've only lost two lbs that's okay I'm not going to give up , I've been through so much abusive relationship to miscarriage to losing love ones and I've gain weight through depression, frustration and pain I'm leaving that behind me since I've start working out I've been feeling better then I ever had in a long time

You cant change the past or history and its time that no longer exists...

Today, right now does exist and what you do now affects your tomorrow and the day after that and so on.

You choose how you want to live the rest of your life then make it happen and NEVER GIVE UP making it happen.

Our ancestors lived in a different time where they couldn't afford to worry about the past as the would die doing so...we are spoiled with spare time!
