Recently just graduated from high school and got my first full time job as a mechanic. This is all great; however, I feel like I no longer have time to workout And train as much as I used to. I just need motivation I guess!!
You need to fit it in your schedule. It's tough working full time and exercising. Don't have kids then it gets tougher lmao
Find some quick workouts. If you want strength and size, you can try 10 reps x 3 sets of compound exercises with 80-90% of your 1 rep max, and with 90-120 seconds of rest. Bench press, deadlifts, pull ups, and squats will do. You should give time for your workouts if you really want changes. Make it part of your lifestyle. Schedule them. An hour of workout is only 4.17% of your day. :) Oh! Don't forget to rest days! You also need to chill out. Hope this helps!
