Recently just graduated from high school and got my first full time job as a mechanic. This is all great; however, I feel like I no longer have time to workout And train as much as I used to. I just need motivation I guess!!

Austin, the only motivation i need is looking at your picture. Forgive a gay man for saying, you've got it going on! >:)

I follow people on here who workout after doing 12hr shifts and have a wife and kids as well...I train with people in the gym who do the same...there is time :-)

Haha, Matthew! You're right though. I don't like commenting on people's bodies, I think it's rude and promotes the feeling that your self worth is in your looks, but I guess I got to set aside that principle a bit here on Skimble. :)

I agree with you Matthew. x'D (I'm gay too so I know the feeling. :P )

You need to fit it in your schedule. It's tough working full time and exercising. Don't have kids then it gets tougher lmao

Find some quick workouts. If you want strength and size, you can try 10 reps x 3 sets of compound exercises with 80-90% of your 1 rep max, and with 90-120 seconds of rest. Bench press, deadlifts, pull ups, and squats will do. You should give time for your workouts if you really want changes. Make it part of your lifestyle. Schedule them. An hour of workout is only 4.17% of your day. :) Oh! Don't forget to rest days! You also need to chill out. Hope this helps!
