Buddy to help me stay on track..?
I'm 18, 5'2", and probably weigh around 180. BMI charts say I should be between 110 and 130 pounds. I would like to get into that threshold. The last time I was weighed, I was at about 170 pounds. But since then, I've probably gained weight back. Honestly, I think I'm looking for a Skimble buddy to just help me stay on track with jumping on this app and actually doing a workout. I would prefer this buddy to be female, since I find speaking with males about my bodily issues is an extremely uncomfortable affair. I'm not sure how the whole friending thing works on this app, so you should probably add or follow or whatever me first and just shoot me a message somehow. I don't have pro for the app either...
